Join us on the second Monday of each month at 7 pm to explore the elegant strategy of Go! One of the oldest board games still played today. Originating in China over 2,500 years ago and deeply rooted in Japanese culture, Go is a game of territory, tactics, and creativity. Players take turns placing stones on the board, capturing opposing pieces, and claiming space. From simple rules emerges a game of remarkable depth and challenge. Whether you are brand new to Go or already have experience, all skill levels are welcome. Come learn the basics, practice your strategy, and enjoy an evening of thoughtful play in a friendly, welcoming environment. No registration required. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult. This program is presented in partnership with the Japanese Outreach Initiative.
